We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will do what it take to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction!  

Slight irregularities or variations in natural stones or leather are characteristics of its uniqueness and are not considered as defects.  Manufacturer or Craftsmanship defects may include chipped stones, broken posts, hinges, wires, non-working clasps.  

If something happens to your item within 60 days, from the date of purchase, just contact us at and we'll be happy to assist you.


ALL Orders are shipped via USPS  Priority, based on weight, with insurance and tracking confirmation within 2-5 business days {Mon-Fri}; excluding weekends and holidays.  Expedited shipping is not offered at this time.  .

USPS Domestic FLAT RATE Shipping Fees: $8.00 Flat Rate
Khakuun Designs is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.  Customers receive tracking data upon shipping, and must provide the correct contact information when placing an order.  Once your package has been accepted by USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of Khakuun Designs. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (within 10 days)

If for some reason your purchase is not what you expected, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of purchase (, or the reseller which tendered the sale, in exchange for the same merchandise, or an item of equal value.   Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags.  If that item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or greater value; retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.  

Shipping costs associated with the exchange are at the customers expense.  We will ship the exchange item back to you, at No Additional Cost.  You can find the return address under

SALE/CLEARANCE:  Merchandise purchased on SALE or CLEARANCE, Custom Designs, as well as earrings are considered FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
